Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager for a high-profile Corporate Headquarters account in Tonganoxie, KS.
This Operations Manager will be responsible for managing multiple services of an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) model including maintenance, boilers, plumbing, HVAC, all mechanical trades, projects and operations of the infrastructure on site.
Key
Responsibilities:
Direct preventative, proactive & reactive maintenance repair issues using skilled trades; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and critical systemsOversee and manage renovations and/or constructions projectsManagement of CMMS work order systemMonitor flow and quality of work to assure timely completion of workload and adherence to facility's standards and regulationsManage vendor contracts and relationshipsPrepare and manage departmental budgets, records and reportsManage and ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory and governing agenciesManage facility service agreements:
Mechanical (all plumbing & HVAC/R assets), Electrical, Generator, UPS, overhead doors, Fire/Life/Safety, lift stations, WWTP & Utility ChemistryMonitor employee work performance and prepare evaluations for assigned personnelEstablish a safe work environment for employees by performing safety audits and inspections, conducting safety-related training, and maintaining on-going communications with employeeCreate new POs and process orders receivedManage preventative maintenance scheduleOur ideal candidate will have:

Maintenance, Troubleshooting, HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Building Automation Systems, Project Management, Computerized Maintenance Management System Work Scheduling and Vendor & Contract managementDemonstrated business and financial acumenCritical Thinking Skills and great decision making skills; andKnowledge of Maximo and other BAS systems knowledge (a plus) Not the job for you?
