Maintenance Technician - Night Shift


Summary:
Management Business Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its client in Tonganoxie, KS(link removed) The person will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with teams to uphold safety standards and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on production and utility equipment, addressing mechanical and electrical issues.
Examining project directives, blueprints, and schematics to identify test specifications and potential resolutions.
Maintaining compliance with safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and regulations pertaining to Food Safety.
Crafting machine components as necessary for repairs, which may involve tasks such as welding and machining.
Keeping track of spare parts inventory and replenishing supplies as necessary.
Working closely with operators to assist in production and share expertise with operation technicians.
Additional assigned job functions as necessary.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED, required.
1
year of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
Ability to work an off-shift schedule, including weekends.
Basic math and computer skills.
Excellent written and communications skills.
